Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or a gift that you received, we will be happy to help make it right. Reach out to us with any questions.

You can return in-stock items for up to 7 days to get full credit of your purchase, less shipping. The item must be in original, un-worn, condition and in its original packaging.

If your item was a special order that we created just for you, personalized or a final sale, the item is non-refundable/non-returnable.

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on returns.

Special Order

Our special orders are put into our workshop on a first come first serve basis. We require a 50% deposit to hold your spot in the workshop. When your item is complete, we will require the remaining 50% ahead of shipping to you.

Shipping

We ship most in-stock items within 24 business hours. Orders placed by 1pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be delivered the next day. The charge for Next Day Shipping is $100.00. We will work with you to ensure that you are available to sign for your package.

Special orders will be shipped via next day delivery as soon as the item is complete and paid in full.

Return Shipping must be arranged with us prior to sending a package. We are not responsible for a lost package that does not make it to us when we are not aware its headed our way. Please reach out to info@twmcclelland.com for instructions and best practices.
